Jack Yan (็็ตๆฉ)@parsley Years ago, I spoke to Don Niccol, whose son Andrew wrote that film. Don said there were two earlier proposed endings. Originally, Andrew was going to kill Truman. The other version was Truman going up the steps and finding himself in the middle of an exhibit about him. The blank TV probably worked better!

@parsley for some odd reason that movie felt extremely relatable. People trying to force a fake reality environment on me until I finally caught on and they realize the jig is up and I've figured it out and am standing at that door leaving the fake environment.

Itโs one of my faves these days and I totally get that feeling after finishing a great series.
