I know it's soooo bad what Elon did to Twitter, really.

But I've been running this server for over 3 years now to flee Twitter and somehow it feels things are falling into place...

I have met such amazing and wonderful people here on the Fediverse that I consider my true friends no matter where they live❤️

The only thing I want is for you to have the same and here you have a chance do that just that!

You authorize it access to your Twitter and it goes through and finds your people in followings, followers, and lists. Ignore the error message.

Download the csv and import it to Mastodon as a merge.

It won't be everyone but you no longer have to search them out.

Do it fast it only works if Twitter is still around.

@Tquinn1155 Mastodon does not rely on an Algorithm.

Instead of that deciding what you see, you decide what you see yourself by following people (and optionally hashtags).

Those people (or hashtags) will then show up in your feed in reverse-chronoligcal order.

Essentially, the more people and hashtags you find interesting you follow, the better your feed gets.

In addition to this, you can add filters in your settings to filter out certain content entirely.
