@jerry There's a popular book that advocates, as part of achieving greatness, the need to get the right people on the bus, the wrong people off the bus, and the right people in the right seats. So far, this instance seems to have done an amazing job of attracting passionate (and civilized) users. I hope it can continue that #sustainable growth!
