Apart from politics another interest of mine is photography. I haven’t done much lately so I thought I’d share an old photo and as I’m part of a Welsh community here at Toot.Wales here’s one of my favourite views. It’s taken on the Panorama looking towards Castell Dinas Bran, an old castle that sits above Llangollen. Whenever I get back to visit I try to find time to walk over the top, drop down into Llangollen for coffee and then walk back.

Great view. I’m a lover of #Photography and #Politics too
@SueASmith the great thing about the view is that you can drive to that viewpoint, so I sometimes take my stepfather who is 87, although he can’t quite manage the castle so I do that alone. 🙂

We are so lucky to have such beautiful places to visit

Among my favourite walks, too. Love both the Panorama and going up to the castle, where we have spent many a day playing hide & seek, having picnics, flying kites and generally showing the location off to visiting friends. I am fortunate to live in a nearby village and Llan just seems to get better over time. ❤️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

@Activist47 Also a walk I love. Thanks for the reminder - it’s been too long since I went up there.
@Activist47 my heart goes out to the poor bastards who had to haul the stone up there to build the thing
@GeordieCymro All I carry is a bottle of water and that’s enough! 😂
