Right now there’s a total of 137 games on Steam China.
[Including DLCs and demos – 222]

During the Summer sale it was at 54 and 71 respectively.

For the whole duration of the Summer Sale we were always on the front page of #Steam China and main banners.

On regular Steam, we didn’t get any special feature for Lost Castle, besides the places the algorithm decided to push it.

You’d think that would have massively tipped the scales into #Steam China’s favor and we would’ve sold way more copies.
But no.
The sales amounted to a whopping 1%.

It might not drive any traffic now but eventually, things will change. On the plus side, you’re able to release on other platforms with a much bigger audience, like WeGame. And it makes it a lot easier to get some exclusivity deals in the region.
