A lot of people are moving to @Mastodon, but I also get a lot of misconceptions and questions about how it works, and about this cool giant social network that is the #Fediverse, including @pixelfed or @peertube. It is good to know that Mastodon is part of a larger decentralized ecosystem of products by the Mastodon team. I wonder what they'll make next!

@TheoCGaming @thelinuxEXP Not sure which products you're refering to - the Mastodon team has nothing to do with Peertube, Pixelfed, and everything else beyond Mastodon. All these services rely on the W3C standard AcitvityPub, but they are each developed by completely different people
