@ipstenu I'm in NY so have access to good bagles but they're not #vegan. I'd like the opportunity to make my own. The water will help.

@ppatel To make mine vegan, which I do for a neighbour, I swap honey for agave and add a bit extra flour since it’s more runny. But taste wise, it’s very close.

I’m so offended at SoCal bagels I had to learn.

@ipstenu I use agave for other things that I don't see a problem. I hear you about SoCal bagles. I've travelled enough to the area and tried a couple. #NeverAgain
