@mswhich Sous vide (then pan-seared) halibut over rice pilaf.
Sous vide gear (a gift) languished in my cabinet for over a year before I finally made myself learn how to use it. Now I’ll never go back!
@mswhich Buttermilk pancakes, over medium eggs, and bacon for brunch. Maybe steak, roasted sprouts and potatoes or some sort for dinner? Not sure, but they'll be wine!
