Who have been some of the most interesting #ttrpg publishers this year?

@epistolaryrichard A small indie designer that deserves a shoutout is Thursday Garreau for their way cool trio of 199X games released over the last few weeks.

@epistolaryrichard Free League for me, even if I do not espouse all they did, Rowan Rook & Decard wins second place
@epistolaryrichard I'm going to put in my bid for #StoryBrewers, publishers of #GoodSociety. A Jane Austen #ttrpg certainly isn't for everyone, but the designers nail it with a game that skillfully iterates the source material and allows for seemingly endless replayability. They publish several expansions for the game, adding in e.g. magic and swashbuckling if that's your thing. Totally deserve more attention than they get.

@epistolaryrichard Possum Creek Games. Storybrewers. Long Tail Games. Lumpley Games. Soul Muppet. Evil Hat. Gauntlet Publishing. And all the little indie self-publishers on Itch.io who make absolutely fascinating stuff!

(Also, my own newly-founded company @plotbunnygames in Germany, but that might be beyond your scope.)
