Alright I'm curious about something. I can listen to the same song on repeat for days and not get bored, is it the same for other autistic people?
How long can you listen to the same song on repeat before it becomes too much?
@RosethornRangerTTV I think my record for literally listening to the same song on repeat without any break at all. Just playing non stop over and over again... is about 16 hours. But lots of songs I would play heavily for days and days.
these days I don't listen to music though as I have found it pushes me into sensory overload too easily.
@ephant music growing up would definitely overload me as well. The worst bit was when there were lyrics but I just couldn't quite understand them.
I live in a now city so I don't have much of a choice, it it's better than random car noise.
