@theADHDAcademic learning disabilities are unsurprisingly a bigger obstacle to academic success than other types of disabilities, yet documents required for accommodations and faculty resistance are often burdensome. And, that is disappointing and discriminatory behavior by those who should know better. This is an opportunity area for university leaders who wish to improve their graduation rates.

The thing that finally drove me out of academia: Filing and ADA request to get an office with a door, fiiinnally getting it, and then having to manage all the dirt the process unearthed.
