Level design is hard :(
@duskdev It’s interesting how much overlap there was between the original Doom/Quake mappers and Dungeons & Dragons authors. Play more D&D maybe?
@deepthaw @duskdev Given that the design philosophy for Wolfenstein 3D was traced back to a desire to recreate Ultima Underworld without the heavy RPG elements, I'd say it's certainly interesting, but also not the least bit surprising either :)
@duskdev Sometimes I have a grand idea and that helps. But sometimes I have to just throw stuff together until it starts making sense...
