This is not the Brexit you voted for.

The truth is that no-one knew what Brexit was going to happen and this is the very reason that it should not have happened. A simple remain or leave was never a fair question regardless of whether all facts were made available or not.
Leavers took a leap of faith, with a Tory government in charge, and now we have to live with the consequences of a truly shite situation.

@butterman This really expresses my views. We could not possibly know which was a good course of action. My main concern with #Brexit was that we had a Conservative Government. It incompetently managed Brexit. It did not consider the consequences & mitigate the worst of them. My biggest concern was the Human Rights Act which some conservatives seam to view as an optional extra. It isn’t, it’s the heart of civilisation.
