For anyone interested in learning how to support a person to die at home without carer burnout, I created a simple, flexible model that anyone can learn and share. This works for both assisted and unassisted dying events, and allows you to focus on your person, rather than the coordination and attrition of an ad hoc support network.

This model can also be adapted for #disability support or long-term rehabilitation at home.
