You can migrate account from one instance/server to another and keep your followers, however you will loose your toots (posts) as they will remain on the previous account.

@lostinprose There is a way to migrate to a new instance and leave a transparent redirect to your new account for your followers.

For you, I think it would be https://toot.community/settings/profile and then scroll all the way to the bottom to set it up.
