Mastodon is insanely more rewarding for me than Twitter. With about a 10th of the followers, it draws almost as many views to my videos as Twitter. The platform is really, really good.

I also love the feeling of using an #opensource platform to communicate with people.

@thelinuxEXP i have been thoroughly enjoying the platform myself, although i do have some gripes with the UX in general (cosmetic). In your experience on the platform(s) so far, how quickly (and readily) are suggestions and minor tweaks adapted into newer mastodon versions?

Not a deciding factor, just curious about the general attitude and pattern on the dev side

@beyond9thousand I haven’t really looked at how fast the platform and apps evolve, but I do have a few issues with the general UX as well. Maybe I’ll try and collect them somewhere!
