#Astronomy #tenureTrack folks, I need your input!
Do you remember any of your interview questions? What you wished you'd prepared for better? What you wished you hadn't done? What did you wear, how did you prep? Advice of all sorts welcome, esp focussing on Europe, esp from historically excluded folks!

asking for no reason of course :P
@JuliaVSeidel Not Europe focused, but just saw a great post on this issue: https://twitter.com/michaelwmosesii/status/1588644966934663168?s=21

@Bettyslai Thanks Betty! Anything at this point tbh, the differences aren't that Earth shattering. :)
@JuliaVSeidel I wished I were prepared to leave immediately when questions start to get stupid. Be prepared, that your interviewer is not prepared and asks you something they already should know by your application – might be some interviewer trick to let you feel uncomfortable, maybe.
I wear whatever i feel comfortable in, if they do not like your clothes, it might be also feel uncomfortable to work there.
@Nefex That's super helpful, thanks! (also, what the hell, read the app if people are shortlisted XD)
@JuliaVSeidel Yes, it is something I do not really understand, some waste of time.
The best job interviews are those were you feel really welcomed right at the start, with a cup of coffee and some small talk to get to know each other.
