@PeterMcGuireIE Totally. I was saying elsewhere, too, that servers could be set up by individuals, media organisations, the NUJ..
Loads of possibilities and scope for trying different things. (I likewise don't think I could cope with setting one up, even if I had the know-how. Absolute respect and thanks to the admins here.)

@gavreilly It's a good question - I've seen word that some journos from different news orgs in the US have set up a server for journalists. Maybe an Irish media server is needed? Whether set up by individuals, media orgs themselves, and/or the NUJ?
