Adventures in tinned fish. For when shops and cooking just seems insurmountable.

Microwaved two small spuds.
Wafer thin sliced a quarter onion, and two forkfuls of one of those mini tuna tins.

Peel the steamed spuds, chop fine, toss with tuna and onion in mayo. Drizzle a bit of the anchovy’s olive oil in to enrichen. Pepper.

@Repealist_ After today's effort, I can recommend, where it is available, slicing little pickled gherkins in and also using Kewpie Japanese Mayo, which has a slightly zingy flavour with rice wine vinegar.
