@dsquintana I also think that finding being a key promotion metric has led to people sitting for grants for things that don't *need* funding for, and also tailoring their solutio application to fit the max budget, rather than what they need...
@dsquintana Good discussion points but the adjective "artistic" in a metaphor for research papers makes me feel slightly uneasy...
