@lippenslouis @Gargron I get his point, but quote tooting is very useful. Not everything is about interacting with the tooter. Sometimes boosting needs a quote. Anyway, let's hope he changes his mind 🤞

@absidd @Gargron I totally get your point and many would use it appropriately but I’ve also witnessed much misuse on the birdsite leading to toxic exchanges. It’s definitely a tradeoff to make.
