It's called Merged. It's if the 2 worlds were 1 and if Sonic/Tails got adopted by the Light family. So have this sibling cuddle pile.

Shadow Man in canon is rumored to be an alien robot. Being in love with Sonic/Megaman crossovers I headcanon he was originally a Gizoid that was displaced during the Argus Event.
In #MergedAU he is still a Gizoid that is rebuilt as a Robot Master, eventually ending up with Knuckles on Angel Island.
