Been fighting with a Q-Code 02 w/ a white Q-LED (for VGA issue) for 2 days. Sometimes I'll get a code D6 instead.
Once I got a boot issue w/code 98 & was happy to see a non-GPU error.
Any suggestions before I RMA the GPU?

btw, I'm going to bed & will try out any suggestions I get when I wake up.
If I can't get it working, I'll return the GPU and see if Amazon will ship a replacement.
Not sure if they'd let me swap out the motherboard as well, but I may ask their support team about it.
Finally got it sorted out.
1️⃣ Had to connect one 6+2 PCI-E cable in the middle of the GPU then leave the daisy-chained end hanging. The left & right power ports took the other daisy-chained 6+2 cable
2️⃣ Had to remove a fan splitter
3️⃣ Had to clear CMOS
