i was specifically referencing our demands of Governor Evers, which are basically that he do what he said he would on the campaign trail and reduce the prison population by 50% (so far he’s made a reduction of about 7%, and all of those releases were in April 2020. Until then the population continued to grow steadily for the 16 months he was in office. Even after this reduction, the prisons in wisconsin remain at greater than 135% capacity.)
