I'd heard of it before, but I never ran into it until I started teaching. I don't know the full range of symptoms, but not being able to sit still in class is when it comes to my attention.

yeah that's the hyperactive type, which is what most people associate ADHD with. I'm the inattentive type, where my mind is hyperactive instead of my body, we're the ones who are usually daydreaming in class instead of focusing on the lessons (as much as we try to be a good student!!) :P
