@cypnk There's an error there actually. 20130227 is valid ISO 8601 (though not the most coming form of ISO 8601). I don't know why they allowed it in the standard. It'll cause all sorts of problems for us 20 million years from now. (ISO 8601 annoyingly has other ambiguities, like "19" can refer to either the year 19 or to the year range 1900-1999)
