I think they mean adding an option to translate posts from users who post in other languages.
For example, Twitter (sometimes) recognizes that a post may be in Japanese and offers the option to translate it.
Something like that would be pretty useful in tusky too.

yes but in twitter its more advanced which even recognize local language even if it is written in english and offers assistance to translate
