Frankly, I feel a boycott of 24 hours is not enough.

It's a start, but those boycotting should do one such boycott every weekend or something. Maybe a good way to send a message would be do a 2 day boycott every week.

@Deepsealioness Let's make a plan on how we can do that in a non-aggressive way.

My idea is to just tweet out my mastodon ID every other day. Without saying anything else or advising people to join. Just sharing it consistently and waiting for people to come here.

For the rest, if RW join here, so what? It will likely weaken birdsite.
At least reach won't be throttled like Prabha often faced on birdsite.

1. STAY as #ReadOnly as much as possible.
2. STOP interactions (tweets, likes, RTs) and slowly transition here, perhaps.
3. IGNORE tweets from RW influencers & trolls. Zero responses, quotes, tweet quotes.

@Shubh_si That's actually good advice. Will try to follow it partially.

The unfortunate thing for me is that most of my work now depends on Twitter. I can't completely remove myself from there. Really hope to see a day when I can.

Segregating identities based on interests just requires a bit more effort, but is worthwhile.
