LB: i was a big fan of Peanuts comics, but i read them all out of order, so the moment when i realized "oh wait, Peppermint Patty is more or less the series' main character from her introduction onward, likely because she's a way more complex and relatably flawed character than Charlie Brown's one-note entitled mopey guy act" was both late and seismically changed my view of it as a whole. Patty is legit my favorite Peanuts character
