Despite all the negative things that technology, and even the internet, has allowed, I believe the human race is about to enter a golden age

We’re able to talk to each other on a scale not previously possible. That makes not a melting pot, but a pervasive cloud of experiences that is priceless and vast

@cypnk I think that’s true. One spiritual teacher I listened to recently said that human consciousness is expanding, but it’s also disorienting and causing a crisis for people who don’t know how to handle this new consciousness.

I think it’s still important to consider that harsh criticism of otherwise reasonable (and necessary) changes to society are not necessarily because those people are evil. Sometimes, they’re just disoriented and afraid
