This is terrible news. #BREAKING: All Orchard Supply Hardware stores will permanently close by the end of the year, according to PR Director for Lowe's. Lowe's owns OSH, which was founded in #SanJose in 1931. OSH os my favorite mid-grade hardware store, halfway between the crammed neighborhood store and the big box. Long history in the Valley.

@Cdespinosa noooooooo! They had already closed my local OSH before this year (Lawrence & El Camino) but it was always worth the trek to Sunnyvale & Cupertino. I will dearly miss these stores
