To the surprise of absolutely nobody, two "devops-y" programs written in Node.js and in Go do not understand IPv6 only domain names.

Ihis is annoying, because I wanted all of the internal network for the bsd.network instance to use only IPv6. Have IPv4 only at the edge, for the web site and to push and pull statuses from other instances.

Oh well, I'll just use non-routed IPs for it.

@phessler We all appreciate you taking one for the team, because I can't imagine this implementation of Mastodon being "nice" to run.
@phessler devops: why have sysadmins and programmers when you can have one class that isn't good at either?
@phessler wait, what year is it? Ah, 2018, so IPv6 just turned 20... Maybe take the devs upstream at least 10 years into the future of 2006 ;)
