I like this place.
Gives me much the same feeling like the BBS's back in the days. Gained super user status. Talked to nice people (nerds, lol) about all kind of things. Felt like an odd family.
@surfrndk agree! I miss those times so much sometimes.
And yes it certainly looks like there is more interaction going on here than on twitter. twitter is more "let's throw things out there"..

@orionwl @surfrndk one of the results of a small group of people.

When this is swarming with people and bots we'll be back to Twitter 😐

@diegogurpegui @surfrndk that's certainly a possible, and maybe likely, scenario. More people means more noise, though of course it also makes a difference who.
At least we don't have price speculation and people posting price charts here yet I'm happy about that.
@diegogurpegui @orionwl @surfrndk That's probably the most likely outcome, but I think there's a chance we'll do better here when the bots arrive by everyone migrating to instances with filter rules (hopefully open source shared rules) that are specifically developed to counter crypto-currency scams more effectively than Twitter's generalized rules were working.
@diegogurpegui @orionwl shhh! Don't ruin the moment! ;)
But yeah, you're probably right... hope not.
@orionwl I had an old isolated computer (to avoid the key loggers and viruses) where I ran old key gens just to listen to the midi music and look at the asci/ansi art. Felt nice :)
@surfrndk I also like ANSI/ASCII art a lot (one of the twitter accounts I'll miss here is https://twitter.com/sixteencolors), and can quite nostalgic about MIDI/OPL music, adlib tracker, and MOD files!

@orionwl and s3m and all the others! Wasn't aware of that one... Just looked it up. Damn I miss those times!... Haven't really felt like that since - until bitcoin came to life and woke me.
