Teryl's Tales of Whim~The parade drifted by, rainbow glitter threatening to blot out the sun if the rain clouds didn't first. Drag queens & college students minced as they passed.
An older woman, gray & frumpy, stood away from the crowd, muttering & sighing,"I made a mistake deciding to come out today."
"What do you mean?" asked a bear in a tutu.
"Aren't I too old to be part of Pride?"
"No way!"
She was gifted many colorful beads & a flag. Her whole day brightened.
