While "#NoVember" is about to end:
"No" is a powerful sentence.
If you're hearing a "no" it means that your request won't be served right now.
It does not mean you are rejected as a person altogether.
For many people it's quite a long stretch, but may be worth practicing, to show respect and appreciation and say "Thanks for your 'no' "
Because if you are saying "no" it's a "yes" to yourself, your boundaries, your needs, your self-esteem.
