Wort shot as usual. Some Vienna and Munich malt so a nice rich color. Might be a little bit darker and maltier than Yebisu and with a higher IBU.
Brewing a Dortmunder Export today. I want to make my own version of Yebisu beer.
Hochkurz double decoction. Let’s see how it goes.
Pre-boil gravity was supposed to be 1.045 but I got 1.050. Need to adjust my profile in Brewfather to higher efficiency.
Looks like I’ll be adding some sterile water to the fermenter to get the OG down to 1.054/13.2°P
Going to try this one with WLP833 (evidently Ayinger yeast)
