@cooper I would suggest against the one from Amazon which has Alexa installed as it may be a slightly different model. The best flashing instructions are on the #xdadev site. I provided a link below. My name on there is weaponG. I am awaiting for my g7 to arrive still and have written some posts on the forum attempting to get thorough instructions.

I haven't had any other #Xiaomi phones, so I can't speak for the support of their own MiUI OS interface. AFAIK Xiaomi devices are well-supported by the #xdaDev community though: https://forum.xda-developers.com/xiaomi

As my #MiA1 is still working fine (*knocks on wood*), I haven't needed to look at a new phone, but it would probably be another Xiaomi, and I might even their #Redmi or #RedmiNote models if they don't have an interesting #AndroidOne model at that time.

The F(x)tec Pro1 #dualSim #Android slider phone looks very neat. It reminds me of the #HTCTyTN2 which I loved.
It has a slide-out physical keyboard, and the screen can be tilted at an angle. It will come with an #Snapdragon835, and they are hoping for #AndroidOne certification.

Unfortunately it looks like it will be beyond my budget, with pre-order at 649 USD.
