Had some fun learning the new 2.1 firmware features on the Woovebox and figured I'd make a tutorial for anyone else following along. Being able to choose the sample recording rate is nerdily addictive #woovebox

The new audio buffers on the Woovebox are a super fun, powerful feature (two 11.8 second buffers that can be used to non-destructively mangle and play back audio loops) that I thought merited some more attention, so here's an explainer for all you prospective Wooveboxers out there: https://youtu.be/dCQHixYuMWM
I'm not really a hardware person at all (music-wise), but I couldn't resist buying this little gadget -- which may be coming in the mail today:
And before you say, "Hey that looks like a Pocket Operator!" (which, of course, it does), scroll down and check out the specs on this thing.
Here is my little track of the week: Mint Ice Cream (using the theme Fresh)
I am not happy with this one. I had a hard time starting it, and then found a lot of very frustrating bugs in the #Woovebox while making it (some of which can be heard, but I tried to mask them as best I could).
Had some more ideas for it, and I didn’t do a proper final mix because I’m just annoyed. But eh, at least it’s done, and I can revisit it when bugs are fixed.
Wake
A little bit late, but here’s my take on the @musicweeklies #BackOn theme (Getting out of sleep mode) ^^
Thought of alarm clocks and repeatedly snoozing and having trouble getting out of bed… x)
100% done on the #Woovebox
It’s 1st December, so…
Last Christmas, arranged and performed on a Woovebox and an Otamatone
‘Ode to Joy’ (from Beethoven’s 9th symphony) performed on a Woovebox and an Otamatone. I know, I know, it’s exactly what the world was crying out for.
Little bouncy beep boop track on the #Woovebox
My first track with this ittibitty box, mostly focusing on learning the arrangement tools (song mode), I didn’t really have a plan for the track.
I had tons of fun, first device that I have that keeps me glued in and coming back to it multiple times per day. I used it in the couch, in the bed before sleep, after waking up… I really clicked with it.
