In late 2018 I managed to unexpectedly get my 64 year old mum into pro-wrestling via World Of Sport and her appreciation of Will Ospreay. She died of cancer in summer 2021. She would have absolutely loved Ospreay vrs Kenny Omega at #wk17 What a fantastic match. #njpw

I finally caught up on New Japan and Wrestle Kingdom 17 last night after avoiding everything online for a few days. The show was really good. The announcing was great. Sasha Banks debuting was a cool moment. Kenny Omega vs. Will Ospreay was a really incredible match. They definitely lived up to the hype. That might be Omega’s best match since his last run there. Okada vs. Jay White was a good main event but it was impossible to follow the Omega/Ospreay match.
