I have two people staying in my house who get so excited with everything I do and don't expect of push me to do more, and it makes it so that I have so much more energy to do fun things for them. I've started two creative projects on top of the two ongoing projects I have more people to take a part of (all small low pressure projects --for the most part.) And the energy and vibe is so pleasant, so symbiotic. When people are willing to to give: the benefit of a doubt, their vulnerability, their time and energy, their creativity --thats fodder and tinder for magic & connection. My #HotTake is that you can't achieve whimsy through modern technology. That feeling of magic and fantasy is about connecting back to the mystery of life. This is done by connecting to the natural landscape around us, with ourselves, with each other. The more raw and unplugged and creative, the more whimsical it truly is.
