Seit Anfang des Krieges folge ich Yaroslava Antipina aus Kyiv (strategywoman), die auf Twitter (heute auch auf BlueSky) täglich ihren #warcoffee mit ihren Followys teilte.

In the early days of the Ukraine invasion, I followed someone called Yaroslava on Twitter who posted about #WarCoffee.

I left Twitter when #Musk de-birdied it…and assumed sadly there was no other way I could follow her.

But on the eve of the 3rd anniversary of this brutal war, I’ve found her again. Still alive, still writing and posting in much more detail about day to day reality in #Ukraine…useful history lesson in today’s post.

Der heutige Newsletter, über Ostern und den Umgang mit Religion in der Sowjetunion, ist sehr spannend.
Sie erzählt ganz regelmäßig von der Kultur und dem Leben in der #Ukraine, damit all das nicht verloren geht. Und damit wir wissen, worum dort gekämpft wird.

When I was on Twitter, I followed Yaroslava Antipina, who posted about her daily life in Ukraine. Sometimes she'd post a 3-minute video of a mundane walk to work, or the shops, etc.

Her username was StrategyWoman, and the main hashtag was #warcoffee. I think she was going to set up a live chat membership, and I think she has several interviews posted on YouTube.

Not sure if this gives you some avenue to follow?

Yara (Yaroslava Antipina a.k.a. strategywoman on Twitter) lives in Kyiv, Ukraine and writes a blog. She's a mom and has a cat named Victory and was able to visit her mother over the holidays.
