Wallace's Well in Robroyston in the northeast of Glasgow. It's named after William Wallace who is said to have drunk from it shortly before he was betrayed and captured by English soldiers in 1305. From here, he was taken to Dumbarton Castle, and then to London by ship where he was hung drawn and quartered.
