Peter MountAfter a few months taking it easy, for various reasons, this month I'm going to try to get back into things properly as I've got a few #retroComputing project's to get back into.
Hopefully they will get my mind back into doing stuff.
So this one is from last year, and I'll try to get the backend working so anyone with a Minitel or Prestel terminal can use it with live Train Departure Boards, dialup or telnet

I'm pleased to announce that my daft project for #EMFCamp is now live - a #Viewdata service with full schedule/now-and-next details, telephone system information, and live updates from the bar and weather station. There's also a guestbook if anybody cares to leave a comment, which I hope I won't come to regret...

Phil M0OFXTelstar beckons! I can't believe this works. I'm having to use a phone (wired in parallel) to dial, but otherwise it's working pretty well.
Connection is via an old BeThere Speedtouch 780WL "BeBox", chained to a TPLink Archer C7 running OpenWRT. The BeBox runs as a SIP ATA.

Didn't have a 6504 in stock, so I made an adapter to plug a 6502 into the socket on the #Tandata #Viewdata terminal. Sadly it still doesn't work :(
