It's a shame that the first bite is with the eye, because this quorn tikka masala I made today was absolutely tremendous, but it reminds me of the horrible toilet scene from Trainspotting.
[red onions, garlic, lots of spices, quorn marinated in spices, lemon juice & yogurt, then stirred into sauce made from more spices, tomato puree and a diced tomato, before being finished with natural yogurt and powdered almond]
