"Scabby" the union rat is joined by an inflatable hazmat suit man and a coffin in front of a large apartment building in Brooklyn Heights, NY. Scabby is common around NYC and other big cities with large unions, but the coffin and hazmat suit man were novel additions to the ensemble.
