A couple of flower photos from today's walk around Angle Bay.

Help in identifying the Iris appreciated: is it the native UK species or has it escaped from someone's garden?

Also, are the yellow flowers Broom or Birds-Foot Trefoil? I couldn't see any foliage to speak of, it was all mixed up with vetch.

One of my favourite things about Spring these days is finding and learning all the little wildflowers that are popping up in my 'strategically' neglected lawn.

I think this one is Lesser Trefoil. Huge patches of it across my small, south facing front lawn.
