Over on the stupid place people are telling Elon not to abide by the poll (he put up himself) telling him to step down because “we live in a constitutional republic, not a democracy.”

I didn’t know private companies were either. I’m learning so much!

If Twitter enforces its ban on putting mastodon handles in bios, I guess that kills migration services like @debirdify. I wonder if it would be possible to build a service that works the other way: you put a link to your legacy Twitter account on your mastodon bio and the services scrapes that to rebuild your Twitter follow list here. #twitternoise

At the height of the World Cup, the bird site tries to slip under the radar a new rule that you can’t point towards your account on other networks.

1) Hilarious.
2) Truth Social is on there. I guess he gave up on trying to lure Trump back.

I may have to create a filter to block out all the noise and complaining about the bird site. I didn’t leave there only to come here and have to see that stuff. It’s weird.
