Dismal. Our taxes pay for tourists’ toilets, yet we don’t rate the humanity to have our own relief in public places whether train stations, shopping, Art walk, parks, beaches. Seattle has a crappy supply of public restrooms. They’re often old, messy or closed. In spots, they don’t exist at all.
