In preparation of my #topwire talk at #t3dd23 I updated the Topwire website with some nice features:

* Slider like animations for tutorial
* Less animation for prefers reduced motion users
* Page titles for each tutorial slide

Also added some more beta users, eagerly waiting for feedback 😅
