I see these #NGO˙s do two things on #Ukraine:

1. Investigating #bothSides on the same factual and legal criteria

2. Making moral injunctions backed by no substantial ethical reasoning nor consideration of relevant facts

Both may be driven by the same moral-legalistic fervour.

I find the first valuable.
